A co-worker bought me a bowl of chicken poblano soup for lunch last week. It was so balanced (just the right amount of spice, wonderful flavors) that I was sure it was made by some industrial soup company, but was informed that even the daily soups at Covert are homemade. I could not believe it! It was absolutely delicious on a chilly day.
